An Official of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was alleged caught with thumb-printed ballot papers in Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area of Lagos state.
A Twitter user, Oluwa Ibrahim Ayoola @ibbrox2709, who sent the image said the event took place at Olodi Apapa 015, Ajeromi Ifelodun constituency 2. More details to be added shortly.
