Former Nigerian President, Shehu Shagari has paid Gen. Muhammadu Buhari a congratulatory visit as he emerged President-elect in Nigeria at the 2015 Presidential polls.
The former President also took the time to implore the President-elect to try his best to bring the necessary change Nigeria needs.
