A Lagos State Magistrate Court has stopped Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh from airing any likeness of her son King Andre in her upcoming reality TV show “King Tonto.”
Tonto had revealed back in December 2017, that she would be airing a no-holds-barred own reality TV show on Linda Ikeji TV, showing her cosmetic surgery and her life as a mother.
In the injunction issued by the court, it was revealed that her son King Andre and her ex-husband Olakunle Churchill with whom she is currently embroiled in a battle for the child’s custody, had sued to not have the child’s likeness appear in the TV show.
Their lawyer, Anthonette Williams-Chukwu, had on the 11th of January filed the motion against Tonto Dikeh, Linda Ikeji Media Limited, and Linda Ikeji.
The court, ordering an interim injunction, asked that the child’s name, face, image, likeness and picture not air, show, be disseminated or broadcasted either through the television, blogs or the world wide web.

He disclosed this on Monday when he received Abubakar Sani-Bello, governor of Niger state, at the ministry’s headquarters in Abuja.
Adamu requested the support of all states governors to do the same in their respective states.
“By the end of April, we are proposing there will be a declaration of a state of emergency in the education sector all over the country,” he said.
“We request all the state governors to do same in their states and we hope that once this is done our educational sector will improve.
“I will also meet with the governors to appeal to them to give special emphasis to address the problem of low standard of education especially at primary level.”
The minister said the ministry was planning to present a proposal to the national council of state for graduates of education to henceforth be employed on grade level 10 of eight.
He said the proposal would also include offering employment to students studying education in tertiary institutions.
NAN reports that Bello earlier said the state government was revamping the educational sector through the provision of good infrastructure in schools and training of teachers.
He said the state government plans to establish three teachers professional institutes in the three zones, adding that one was already being established in Munya local government area.
The governor solicited the support of the minister on the development of the institutions.
