The most prestigious award ceremony in Nigeria “the Headies” took place on the 26th of December in Lagos and there were a lot of absentees from the winners list. The most notable and highly controversial omission was EME’s Wizkid. The StarBoy Ent ceo receieved little to no nominations leading to the ceremony and since the event took place, his fans, followers and Afro-pop music observers have been baffled by the snub .
