Nigerian government has withdrawn a theft charge against Abacha. The government accused Mohammed Abacha, son of former Nigeria’s head of state, Sani Abacha of laundering N100.38 billion.
The money is believed to have been stolen by Abacha, but laundered into US account by his son Mohammed.
