Former Secretary General of OPEC Dr Rilwanu Lukman Dies at 76

Former Nigerian minister of Petroleum Dr. Rilwanu Lukman and Secretary general of OPEC(1995-2000) has passed away at the age of 76.

Lukman demised this morning in Vienna, Austria after being ill for some time. The family is making plans to fly him back to Nigeria for burial.

RIP LUKMAN.
