Rapper Yung Berg has been arrested earlier this morning. The rapper who also stars in reality show ‘Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood’ was arrested after allegedly attacking his girlfriend in a hotel in New York City according to ABC News. ABCS say NYPD has confirmed his arrest.
Police said they responded to a 911 call reporting an assault at the Gershwin Hotel, in Manhattan, at 2:15 a.m.
Christian Ward, professionally known as Yung Berg, 30, and his 29-year-old girlfriend were in a dispute, according to the NYPD. She allegedly claimed the rapper grabbed her by the neck, threw her onto the ground, dragged her by her hair and punched her in the face.
Although the girlfriend was not identified, words are that Berg is currently kicking it with Masika Kalysha
The woman said she was in pain but refused medical attention at the scene, police said. Yung Berg was charged criminal obstruction of breathing and was expected in court later today.
