Arsenal FC young Nigerian sensation, Alex Iwobi has joined the rest of the Super Eagles to train against their AFCON qualifier game against Egypt. The young star who recovered from food poisoning trained alongside the rest of the team, Tuesday evening.
The 19-year-old’s presence at the Super Eagles training put an end to reports that he was still mulling an England decision.
However, while the team trained together, Iwobi worked with the team’s physio as he tried to build up stamina.
He walked around the pitch a few times before he was put through aerobic exercises and light ball juggling. Nigeria would hope that the youngster gets his energy levels back in order that he might reprise his recent form at Arsenal.
The young lad scored his first senior Arsenal goal against Everton in a 2-0 victory last weekend.
