With wide fuel scarcity still prevalent around the country, Nigerians are desperate to lay their hands on fuel and would stop at nothing to get fuel.
Yesterday, residents of Onitsha, Anambra state were seen putting their lives on the line as they rushed out in large numbers to scoop fuel from a tanker that fell along Ogbosi road, Onitsha.
