Nigeria’s Minister of Sports, Solomon Dalung nearly set the Nigerian internet on fire when a video emerged showing him make a blunder when he appeared before the Senate’s committee on Sports.

When asked whether the expenses by his ministry exceeds the budget approved for it by the Senate, he said:
“The Funds spended were properly spended because we got them from intervention funds from Mr President”
