It’s rare for a foreigner to be so interested in our country and language and be so engrossed to the extent of tattooing the Nigerian Coat of Arms on his chest. His name is Vladmir Maslovosky who is a Ukranian but calls himself “Oyinbo FlyBoi Nigerian”. He says he has so much love for Nigeria and can not wait till he is able to come out here for a visit.
