Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has debunked rumours that reveal he is trying to rent a crowd that will have some sort of uproar against Presidential candidate of the APC, Muhammadu Buhari during his presentation at the Chatham House, London, on Thursday.
Fani-Kayode took to his twitter yesterday to debunk such claims, he said:
“My attention has been drawn to a story that I am renting a crowd to embarrass Gen. Buhari at Chatham House later today. It is a lie,” he tweeted via his handle, [@realFFK].
It was widely speculated in the media that the former APC member was organizing a sponsored protest against Gen. Buhari on Thursday when he appears for his Chatham House engagement.
Following this development, the ex-general has threatened to back out of the Abuja Peace Accord over what he tagged ‘repeated tantrums’ over his academic qualifications by Fani-Kayode.
