Abia State Governor Asked To Vacate Office By Federal High Court

Okezie Ikpeazu

Abia State governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has been ordered to vacate his office by a Federal high court after the court found him guilty of submitting fake tax clearance document to the PDP during the party’s governorship primary in December 2014.

Justice Okon Aban gave the judgement in Abuja. Okezie’s rival during the primaries brought evidences to prove that he really didn’t submit original tax documents.

After the judge had listened to the counsels of both politicians, he ordered INEC to immediately issue a certificate of return to Ogah.
