Over the years America has served as a save haven for refugees from war torn countries. Newly elected President Donald Trump however wants to restrict this influx.
He has signed an executive order titled protection of the nation from foreign terrorist entry into the United States. This order intends to reduce current refugee entry level from 110,000 to 50,000. It also bans entry of refugees from terrorist prone countries such as Sudan, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Yemen,Somalia and Syria for 90 day.
The US refugee admission program will be suspended and when reinstated refugees will only be admitted if approved by members of Trumps cabinet.
