Photos of $9.2 million and £72, 000 recovered from ex NNPC boss

Report of EFCC recovering $9.2 million and £72,000 from Andrew Yakubu,  the former boss of NNPC  was published earlier.

The staggering amount of money was carefully stashed away in a fire proof safe in a facility within the slums of Sabon Tasha area of Kaduna. Bitrus Yakubu, younger brother of the  accused and caretaker of the property disclosed to operatives that both the house and safe where the money was stashed belonged to Andrew Yakubu.

Andrew Yakubu on February 8 2017, admitted ownership of the recovered money at the commission’s  Zonal office in Kano and claimed it was a gift from unidentified individuals. See more pics below.
