Tyga sued for allowing his team assault a process server

Rapper Tyga aka Michael Ray Stevenson aka Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend is accused of allowing his entourage to beat up a man who delivered him court papers back in November while walking into the Penthouse club in West Hollywood for his birthday.
Obtained court documents state that the process server Adam Harari claims he was, 

 “Immediately swarmed, grabbed, yanked, pulled and choked by members of Tyga’s entourage after getting a go ahead from Tyga to attack him”.

The paper states that Harari was

harmed in his body, mind and spirit, suffering emotional and physical harm, as well as harm to his reputation” and is seeking unspecified damages

This lawsuit is the latest in a long line of legal drama for Tyga.
