Pregnant Alicia Keys Leads #BigBackOurGirls Rally in New York

American singer and advocate Alicia Keys led a team of young men and women to the head quarters of United Nations in New York today October 14th to mark the 6th month of the abduction fo Chibok girls in Borno State on April 14th.

Alicia urged UN that it is important to continue talking about Chibok girls as humans have a tendency to move on from the issue.

She captioned on Instagram “On my lil guys birthday I stand with the mothers of Chibok!! We can’t ignore 6 months of this tragedy!! What if it was you or me? I want to remind you that in this darkness, your voice matters! #BringBackOurGirlsNOW!! Let’s do something about this.”
