A popular Chinese politician, Ryutaro Nonomura resulted in a pool of tears after he was questioned about his use of funds. The video has since gone viral.
In a press conference on Wednesday, June 2nd, Mr. Nonomura continued to hit the table admitting he has failed after finally achieving his aim to become a member of the Japan assembly.
