Shoki has been banned by the National Broadcasting Commission. The song which was performed by rising Star Lil Kesh was banned by the commission because it claimed Shoki means “Quickie” which relates to quick sex, or rather short term sex.
Radio personality Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi broke the news on Twitter. Shoki will no longer be played on stations under NBC but you can still get it on 36NG! here (Download ).
