A 17 year-old boy has been arrested for trying to rape a 13 year-old girl. The boy named, Garry Pinkney (pictured above), was apprehended by police officers as he attempted to rape the said 13year-old girl in the Bronx.
According to reports, Garry followed the girl who is still a minor into an elevator building on Thursday July 14th and convinced the young girl to let him into her apartment. Once Garry got inside, the young boy armed with a knife demanded money, then forced her to perform oral sex on him before attempting to rape her but was spooked by a neighbor and fled.
Garry Pinkney is now charged with attempted rape, robbery, burglary and a criminal sex act, according to the police.
