Vogue features The first Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama for its December 2016 issue.
The 52-year-old American First Lady looks totally gracious and beautiful in the photos shot by Annie Leibovitz.
In this issue, she discusses her final days in the White House, life after, daughters, fashion choices amongst other things.
Speaking on her roll being first lady, she said:
“Everything we do is by choice. I could have spent eight years doing anything, and at some level, it would have been fine. I could have focused on decor. I could have focused on entertainment. Because any First Lady, rightly, gets to define her role. There is no legislative authority; you are not elected. And that’s a wonderful gift of freedom.”
