Corps Member Reportedly Dies After Being Forced To Undergo Drills at Kano NYSC Camp

A female corps member named  Ifedolapo Oladepo has reportedly died in Kano state after being put through rigorous military drills in camp.

Tributes are beginning to appear on her Facebook wall. Her friends say she got to the camp in bad health.

There are tributes to this young lady on social media, by people who claim to know her. The corps member allegedly passed away after she was forced to partake in some camp activities, even though she was sick.

One lady ways she died due to negligence and because “they (officials) assumed she was pretending to be sick in order to dodge parade, so they refused to treat her until the situation got complicated.” The Nigeria Police and other appropriate authorities definitely need to get involved and investigate this.
