Football Legend, Pele’s Son Sentenced To 33 Years In Prison For Laundering Drug Money

The son of the Brazilian football legend Pele has been sentenced to 33 years in prison after being found guilty of laundering money for an alleged drugs cartel.


He admitted to being a drug addict but protested saying he was innocent of other charges.


Edinho who played for Santos two decades ago is a goalkeeping coach at Santos and has served time in jail for drug trafficking before now.
