Former Senate President, David Mark ha had his election into the House of Assembly nullified by an Appeal Court sitting in Makurdi, the Benue state capital.
David Mark who is representing Benue South in the Senate had his election nullified by the court this morning, in its ruling, the court ordered the rerun of the election within 90 days.
