It definitely seems like Nigerian male barbie, Bobrisky might have said more than he planned to when he granted an interview.
During the interview, he was asked whether he was gay which he boldly declined and consented when asked if he supported the Nigerian anti-gay.
This comment sparked an outrage among the LGBT community and Nigerian Gay rights activist, Bisi Alimi chastised Bobrisky heavily for being so naive and insensitive.
Bobrisky has tendered an open apology to Bisi Alimi and other LGBT community within and outside Nigeria.
In his apology video below, he said:
“I’m sorry. I’m so sorry for everyone who found that offensive. Some of my friends called me and said my gay, bisexual friends/fans feel bad and were surprised when I said so. I want to use this opportunity to apologize.”
