Kidnapping Kingpin Henry Chibueze aka Vampire who appeared to face the wrath of the Law at the Owerri High Court was carted away by heavily armed gunmen yesterday.
The miscreant was arrested in 2015 after evading arrest for five years. He is alleged to have killed three hundred people in the South South and South East of the Country.
While in police custody he confessed to the killing of an Imo State Environmental Transformation Commission officer even after collecting N50 million ransom. He is also suspected for killing his girlfriend for allegedly stealing his N45 million.
