This year’s Halloween celebration was colourful and in the usual tradition, hundreds of kids dressed in their Halloween costume and hit the white house for the celebration.
Among the several kids, one kid’s outfit is what caught the eyes of the President, Barrack Obama.
The President was so impressed by this young boy who was dressed up as the Pope in his Popemobile, that he declared him ‘top prize’.
