According to reports on Thursday 29th October,2015, it is believed the Russian Sports Ministry had signed a document that places a ban on all non-Russian football managers (head coaches) in the country.
This new development will definitely Andre Villas-Boas, as the former Chelsea and Porto manager is currently in charge of Russian side, Zenith St Petersburg although he was already planning an exit from the football club.
According to a report by Eurosport news, the bill was signed on the 21st of September, and was publicly announced on the web portal of legal information on the 28th of October.
The twisted thing about this new bill passed into law is that the Russian National football team can have a foreign head coach and the football clubs can have a non-Russian as a coach but not head coach.
