The photo allege that some members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) decided to spend the night at an INEC office today so they can wake up to attend to their duties for the 2015 presidential elections.
About 4 of them can be seen in the photo sleeping on barefloor using their bags as pillow.
It is unknown the number of them that spent the night there. Their role today is adhoc.
